Learn How Hiring Workers with Conviction Records Can Address Your Talent Shortage!\n\nWe know that Austin area employers face difficulty in finding qualified employees. One talent pool that is sometimes overlooked are workers with prior conviction records. An estimated 70 million people in the United States—nearly one in three adults—have a prior arrest or conviction record. Workers with records have been found to be more productive\, have less turnover\, and promoted faster (National Employment Law Project).
